Monday is such a wonderful day for a new start or reset. I need a reset, I was stricken with a situation that did not allow me to work out at the gym. So I spent time with Elliot and I am going to get ready to jump back into the shred program. Hurricane Hanna struck here in my sleepy little town and I lost power twice, although I don’t think it was wind related. I might have to reassess my on hand protein situation but that can be easily remedied with a quick trip to the store. So all in all the reset ends tomorrow morning with a 5 am venture to the local gym.
