Friday = Fri-Yay!

     I finally broke my 4 month plateau!  I was stuck around 292 for what felt like a really long time!

     The Cutler 30 Day Challenge started this week and I lost 3 pounds doing it so far!  12 more pounds till I reach the 100 Pounds lost milestone!!

    You gotta keep it up and stay consistent with your Nutrition and Fitness Routines!
