For more weeks then I would like to admit I was stuck at 300 pounds. I would go up then down then up then down and NEVER break under 300. It was getting more and more frustrating for me so I grit my teeth and vowed to try even harder. I got an elliptical for my house which I’ve been doing in the afternoons in addition to my morning workouts and I started an AuX workout routing targeting Biceps and Triceps in addition to the regular routine. I’m happy to say that these changes to my workout regiment were what it took and I’m Very Very proud to show you this.
